ICANN REGISTRARS
Make sure the Domain Registrar is ICANN Accredited/Certified. Without it you are
gambling with support problems, company buyouts/transfers in the future, and
other services that you may require and not receive.

Note that some registrars have domains not exactly like their site name, so you have to check under the parent company's name,
and not the website's name. An example is "New Dream Network, LLC"
that is DBA the site's DreamHost.com.
